Le sobreviven sus hijos Jorge, Rene y Douglas; hijas Olga y Daysi; 21 nietos y 3 bisnietos. Tambien le sobreviven sus hermanos Vicente, Juan, Jesus y Bernardo; hermanas Delfina, Guadalupe, Angelica y Herlinda.

Rosa es precedida en muerte por su hijo Mario.

Su lugara de descanso sera Cementerio General en Aldea El Almendro, Guatemala.
